Could we work with you for a trial basis?
Yes, we have that flexibility. Often small building owners or boards which self-manage may want to take smaller steps in handing over responsibilities to a management company. We can work with you and your board in figuring out the right way to structure the relationship.
We have a serious building issue, can you help with this?
Yes, we have experience with full gut renovations, HVAC system replacements, foundation and roof repair and most all parts in between. We can help with vetting vendors, quotes, project management, inspections and all the paperwork in-between.
